Kansas City St. Andrew Society

On the evening of January 8, 1914, approximately twenty "Scotchmen" met at the Densmore Hotel (9th and Locus) to organize the St. Andrew's Society of Kansas City.   The following officers were elected:  James Price (President), George P. Whyte (Vice President), Samuel Murray (Second Vice President), Eugene T. Gilbreath (Treasurer), James C. Hodge (Secretary), and Reverend D. D. Munro (Chaplain).
