Preserving and Promoting our Proud Scottish Heritage in Kansas CityThe Kansas City St. Andrew Society was
formed in 1914 as an immigrant aid society. Today, the Society's
objective is to preserve and promote our Scottish heritage. Social activities
include: the Robert Burns Dinner, St. Andrew observance, an annual picnic,
Heritage dinners, pub nights, and other events throughout the year. We invite
everyone of Scottish heritage or interest, 18 or older, to join.Society members are encouraged to
participate in our special interest groups including: Highland Dancers, St.
Andrew Pipes and Drums, Highland Athletics, Scots Readers, and Gaelic Language.
